What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build compliant, scalable operating systems for regulated, mission-driven, or early-stage organizations, partnering across technical, commercial, legal, and operational teams to turn complex requirements into clear execution.

At Loretta Health, I built operating infrastructure for a health AI company developing Europe’s sovereign platform for chronic disease prevention and management, including GDPR privacy policies, vendor data-processing agreements, and German labor-law compliance. I also co-founded Blackstone & Alem, where I lead operations, vendor contracting, and supplier agreements for büun specialty coffee carts across Berlin.

Previously, I led legal operations and ISDA negotiations at Citigroup and operational data-quality initiatives at Goldman Sachs. Through Blackstone Consulting, I’ve helped early-stage, real estate, consumer, and public-sector teams turn concepts into scalable systems through operational build-outs, contract negotiation, process design, documentation, and cross-functional delivery.
