At Grassfish (Vertiseit Group), I led a four-system integration and migration of 500 customer screens from legacy Grassfish software to bespoke IXM-One, including HubSpot and Fortnox integrations. I coordinated the customer, developers and external software providers to align requirements and delivery.

I led a 16-person team serving enterprise customers across 40+ countries and managed a consulting portfolio of approximately €1.25M–€1.3M. At Triply GmbH, I built commercial and operating infrastructure for an early-stage SaaS company; in earlier workplace leadership roles, I launched a flagship smart workplace and led international teams.
