I am a hardworking and dedicated individual with a strong focus on teamwork and communication. With a solid educational background, having completed my studies at Montego Bay Community College and Herbert Morrison Technical High School, I have developed a mature and responsible approach to all tasks I undertake. My experience spans over a year in customer engagement and operations, as well as marketing and promotion, where I honed my skills in effective communication and problem-solving.

Throughout my work experience, I have had the opportunity to serve in various roles, including as a hotline coordinator and in customer service at Hilton Pharmacy. My responsibilities included serving customers, booking reservations, and managing debt collections, which have equipped me with valuable insights into customer needs and operational efficiency. I am now seeking to leverage my skills in a chat support role, where I can contribute positively to a team and enhance customer satisfaction.
