I'm seeking a full-time remote call center role where I can use CRM tools to resolve customer issues, contribute to high satisfaction, work in a supportive, metrics-driven team, and grow my customer service and technical skills.

I am a motivated, customer-focused call center professional with hands-on experience resolving inbound and outbound customer inquiries.

At Spectrum International I handled billing questions, product support, and troubleshooting while documenting interactions accurately in CRM systems. I consistently met performance metrics for call resolution and customer satisfaction. I am familiar with Salesforce, Zendesk, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

I bring strong verbal and written communication, conflict resolution, de-escalation, and multitasking skills to fast-paced environments. I am bilingual in English and comfortable working full-time in a remote setup.
