I’m a Computer Science graduate and IT Support professional with experience in technical troubleshooting, Google Workspace and Google Admin, CRM and ERP systems, networking, cybersecurity fundamentals, and administrative support. I also have skills in website management, AI automation, and workflow optimization. My achievements include contributing to machine learning research, publishing research on deep learning models, and tutoring students in algorithms. I’m interested in IT support, system administration, cybersecurity, and technology-driven solutions that improve business efficiency.
