I’m an aspiring IT Support Specialist with a B.Sc. in Genetics and Biotechnology from the University of Calabar, supported by training in Google Technical Support Fundamentals. I bring a blend of analytical thinking and practical support experience from a university environment.

In my computer operations and administrative support work, I provided reliable computer operation and administrative support services. I handled data entry, document preparation, and digital record handling while assisting staff with routine computing tasks.

I’m comfortable working across core support areas like hardware and software support, networking fundamentals, operating systems, and cybersecurity fundamentals. I also leverage productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, plus disciplined documentation and data handling practices.

I’m especially interested in roles that combine technical support with modern ecosystems, including Web3 and blockchain fundamentals. I’m eager to apply strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to help users and teams stay productive and supported.
