What I'm looking for
I’m an IT Support Specialist with hands-on experience providing technical support for hardware, software, networking, and remote systems. I troubleshoot Windows 10/11, configure WiFi and networks, and support end users in both live and remote environments.
I’ve configured and deployed over 40 computer systems for a school CBT environment—handling operating system installation, network setup, and WiFi configuration while maintaining minimal downtime. I also support users remotely using tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, and Zoom to resolve issues efficiently.
Beyond break/fix work, I’ve coordinated technical support for virtual events and organizational programs—ensuring smooth Zoom meetings, reliable internet connectivity, and effective communication systems.
