What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can partner with leaders to streamline operations, build scalable AI-enabled workflows, manage strategic priorities, and improve customer or stakeholder experiences.

I've supported operations across JP Morgan Chase, Rock Returns, AIA Las Vegas and AIA Nevada, and PwC Australia, turning complex priorities into clear workflows and follow-through.

At JP Morgan Chase, I progressed from mortgage underwriter to Operations Manager, leading a division with 180 direct reports. I reviewed credit and financial data, assessed risk, and ensured accurate reporting.

At Rock Returns and AIA, I managed property, e-commerce, event, board, payroll, marketing, and customer-service operations. I created SOPs, rebuilt processes, and introduced AI and automation to improve efficiency, communication, and service delivery.

Most recently, I partnered with PwC Australia's CTO on executive governance, stakeholder engagement, strategic forums, and confidential business-critical work. I help leadership teams operate at scale by anticipating needs, improving information flow, and driving critical actions forward.
