At Nike Factory Store, I lead operations for an approximately $21M business and coordinate workforce, logistics, facilities, service, inventory, and readiness. I also led Workday rollout and adoption across 3 districts, approximately 25–30 locations, and 2,000–2,500 impacted users.
I led three districts through the 2025 Legion Workforce Management transition, coordinating milestones, leader readiness, training, troubleshooting, and adoption. For Nike Time, Nike’s UKG-based payroll platform, I translated new processes into operating guidance and coordinated readiness and training across locations.
Earlier at Nike Factory Store in Kildeer, I directed multi-site launches involving workforce management, POS, RFID, Zipline, and Slack. I also redesigned shipping, receiving, and stockroom processes, sustaining inventory/bin accuracy above 90%.
