I'm looking to lead operations, technology-enabled workflows, workforce planning, and process improvement where I can turn complex requirements into measurable execution, strengthen cross-functional coordination, and provide clear decision support to leaders.

I've led enterprise operations and workforce programs for the U.S. Navy, supporting thousands of organizations and personnel through complex staffing, planning, compliance, and technology-enabled workflows.

At Navy Personnel Command, I led a 19-person team supporting approximately 4,100 organizations, directed 10,100 staffing actions and 3,300 organizational realignments, and redesigned a Salesforce routing workflow adopted as an organization-wide standard.

I also founded and scaled Chiefs Nation / Anchor Up Athletics from one team to 11, owning its operating model, partnerships, vendor relationships, and approximately $235,000 in annual P&L responsibility. I bring structure to operational friction, translate requirements into repeatable action, and give leaders clear visibility into risk, trade-offs, and execution.
