What I'm looking for

I'm focused on building predictable, scalable revenue engines for enterprise SaaS and retail technology companies, partnering with CEOs, founders, and boards on GTM strategy, market entry, AI-native products, and high-value enterprise growth.

I've closed $1B+ in enterprise revenue across SaaS, RFID, loss prevention, POS, and supply-chain platforms, serving organizations including Disney, Walmart, Coca-Cola, Hilton, Carrefour, and Home Depot.

At PDA Soluções, I scaled an RFID SaaS operations platform from $0 to $50M+ ARR, closed 50+ enterprise deals across 10 countries, and built a 30-person sales organization. At Casa Group, I led global sales to $70M+ ARR, while at Global Innovation I drove commercial expansion across 14 countries and managed a $40M+ footprint.

I've built sales organizations of up to 300 people, founded and exited Brazil's first retail technology company, and now advise and build AI-native retail software through LTEA. I bring hands-on GTM, enterprise deal, channel, forecasting, and revenue-operations leadership across the Americas, LATAM, and EMEA.
