I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end onboarding and training programs, use KPI-driven data to improve workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable adoption, efficiency, and stakeholder-aligned outcomes.

I’m a Training & Development Project Specialist who owns end-to-end delivery of multi-system onboarding programs, translating operational needs into scalable, trackable learning modules. I partner with developers, SMEs, and stakeholders to define scope, milestones, timelines, and dependencies—then I lead build, test, and launch with measurable outcomes.

In my current role at Providence Health Plan (Remote), I drive process improvement by identifying onboarding gaps and implementing standardized solutions that improve adoption and reduce manual follow-ups.
