Sue Meyers

I bring 16+ years of progressive experience across specialty and emergency veterinary medicine, with a career focus on veterinary operations, clinical education, and workforce development. I’m known for translating complex processes into scalable training systems that strengthen adoption, team capability, operational consistency, and clinical performance.

In my most recent long-term role, I progressed through Emergency, Internal Medicine, and Surgery before transitioning into Clinical Training and workforce development leadership. I led onboarding strategy, competency development, and clinical education initiatives supporting multidisciplinary teams, coordinating training to improve readiness and operational consistency.

I’ve supported enterprise learning platform rollouts and adoption of BluePearl University and CareerTrax through education, communication, testing, and end-user engagement. I also designed onboarding systems, training guides, workshops, and competency pathways, creating hands-on bootcamp experiences such as restraint training, medical math education, and emergency preparedness initiatives.

Most recently, I directed emergency clinical operations and workforce coordination in a 24-hour emergency hospital environment, leading onboarding, orientation, and structured training pathways while managing staffing allocation, scheduling strategy, and labor planning. I also continued competency development and coaching to support quality and team performance, and I’m now applying my operational and executive support strengths in a regulated, high-volume aviation investigation and engineering environment.
