What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR role where I can align people strategy with business goals, strengthen talent and engagement, improve HR processes through digital transformation, and support leaders with data-informed, compliant people decisions.

I've delivered HR strategy, talent management, employee engagement, and digital transformation across Econet Wireless Zimbabwe, Matetsi Victoria Falls, Talmach Civils, insurance, hospitality, and construction. At Econet, I supported a Technology Services division of approximately 236 employees, led hybrid-working readiness, and helped automate key HR processes.

At Matetsi Victoria Falls, I supported workforce planning and end-to-end HR administration for more than 250 employees, led recruitment and talent pipelines, and rolled out Vision, Mission and Values training with 100% attendance. I also automated encrypted payslip distribution using Python and provide practical HR guidance on labour compliance, performance, employee relations, and organisational culture.
