I’m looking for a leadership role where I can drive performance excellence through strategic, data-led HR initiatives, strengthen employee engagement, and build a supportive work culture aligned to business objectives.

I’m an experienced Human Resources Executive with expertise in strategic planning, employee relations, and talent management, focused on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. I prepare and implement HR strategies, manage HR budgeting and staffing costs, and lead rewards, payroll, and performance management to strengthen organisational outcomes.

I foster a positive work culture through people leadership, coaching, and human capital development, supported by metrics-based systems and HR data to guide decisions.
