What I'm looking for

I am seeking an HR role where I can lead recruitment, improve HR systems, ensure compliance, and support employee development in a collaborative organisation.

I am a proactive HR professional with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Human Resources Management and hands-on experience across recruitment, HRIS administration, payroll input, and employee relations in organisations of 150+ to 400+ employees.

I have led recruitment campaigns, created onboarding programs, supported performance management and disciplinary processes, and maintained accurate personnel records while ensuring statutory compliance and benefits administration.

I bring strong attention to detail, confidentiality, excellent communication, and proficiency in HR tools (Payview, Belina, PayDay, Manatal) to design retention strategies, analyse compensation trends, and partner with management to align HR goals with business needs.
