What I'm looking for
I am a certified talent practitioner and Human Capital specialist with extensive experience developing and implementing HR strategy across service and manufacturing sectors. I have led policy design, job evaluation and performance management initiatives that align HR to business strategy.
My achievements include introducing job evaluation systems, implementing HR information systems, and designing remuneration and benefits frameworks that improved equity and reduced liabilities. I have successfully managed payroll administration, labour relations, HSE administration and third-party stakeholder relations.
