What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a full-time remote customer support role where I can provide excellent customer assistance, great communication skills, manage support tickets professionally, administrative and Zendesk skills, and contribute positively to a remote team environment, while I continue to grow in a professional remote work environment.

I’ve always enjoyed being the person who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. Whether it’s organizing schedules, managing tasks, resolving customer concerns, or improving workflows, I find satisfaction in creating order and making life easier for the people I support.

My professional journey has given me experience across administration, customer service, operations management, public relations, and editing. As an Administrative Officer, I supported an executive by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling internal communication, and documenting processes. I also introduced Trello as a task management system to improve team accountability and reduce confusion around recurring tasks.

Before transitioning into remote work, I managed the day to day operations of Little company where I supervised a team of eight employees, handled customer concerns, coordinated daily operations, and helped grow our customer base through better service. I also worked in public relations, where I managed social media growth, coordinated events, and supported executive communications.

I’m naturally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. I enjoy learning new tools, adapting to new environments, and finding practical ways to improve how work gets done. Right now, I’m looking for opportunities where I can support busy professionals and growing businesses while continuing to build my career in the remote workspace.
