I’m looking for a fully remote role where I can deliver empathetic email support, manage CRM tools, resolve complaints, and escalate issues effectively—while contributing to better customer experiences and continuous improvement.

I’m a customer service professional with over 1 year of dedicated remote support experience, built on strong communication, administration, and content creation. I respond to customer inquiries via email with clarity, empathy, and efficiency to maintain high satisfaction rates.

I resolve complaints and product issues in line with company policy, guide customers through troubleshooting and site navigation, and keep detailed records of interactions, issues, and resolutions. When feedback is recurring or unresolved, I escalate it to the right internal teams to drive product and process improvements.
