What I'm looking for

I'm looking to leverage my experience in relationship building, strategic planning, project management, sales, and customer experience in a new and engaging professional setting with opportunities for continued learning and development.

I've led outbound sales, partner support, and operations teams for Pillar Security, Gooten, Shyft, and 21st Century Power Solutions. At Pillar Security, I drove enterprise AI-security outreach, secured 15 meetings and 5 SQLs monthly, and trained SDRs to replicate results.

At Gooten, I launched a B2B campaign during a critical COVID growth period, helped drive a 15% monthly revenue increase, and progressed into team leadership. I built operational processes using HubSpot and Zendesk, set clear KPIs and career plans for agents, and delivered high-touch partner and vendor support.

Earlier, I built outbound campaigns and retention initiatives at Shyft and managed the design, scheduling, coordination, and installation of 200+ solar systems while supervising 10 installers and electricians.
