What I'm looking for
I’ve learned to value both the highs and lows of life, and I bring that mindset into how I work with others. I complete tasks with care and integrity, whether I’m working as part of a team or working independently to deliver solutions.
At The Majestic Hotel, I greet guests, provide menus, answer initial questions, and help coordinate seating using a seating chart so service stays accurate. I also handle phone calls and reservations, serve food and drinks, clear and polish cutlery, and clean venues after events—while maintaining strong customer service through product knowledge and recommendations.
In my live-in PA and housekeeper role, I supported day-to-day needs with administrative support and hands-on care. I did note taking for university students with cerebral palsy, maintained bookkeeping/expense tracking via Excel sheets, organised schedules and travel, handled appointments, managed wardrobes/personal shopping, and provided personal care aid while maintaining confidentiality.
I’m actively building my professional foundation through an Award in Digital and IT skills (Level 2) and an Accounting assistant certificate. I’m strong in communication, interpersonal skills, organisation, and problem solving, and I bring excellent IT skills, including Microsoft 365.
