What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote administrative or customer support role where I can use clear communication, accurate data handling, digital workflow skills, and calm problem-solving to support customers and colleagues.

I'm currently supporting DWP claimants remotely, handling sensitive data, verifying records, and resolving enquiries with clear, empathetic communication. I work across digital case-management systems while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and government protocols.

I've also managed hotel, restaurant, and pub operations, including customer service, rotas, payroll, audits, stock, and staff coordination. I’m now focused on remote administrative and customer support work where I can bring calm problem-solving and reliable digital workflow management.
