At Clouddley, I support the founder of an AI cloud-infrastructure startup with research, documentation, communications, task organisation and follow-up tracking. I turn unstructured requests into clear action points and coordinate remote workflows through Slack and Trello.

Across VAA Global, Sterling Partners and MTN Nigeria, I've handled customer enquiries, complaints, client records, scheduling, executive coordination and sales follow-ups. I document conversations carefully, escalate urgent matters with context and communicate with warmth, empathy and sound judgement.

I'm comfortable managing several active conversations in Zendesk, Zoho, Salesforce and HubSpot, and I'm available for full-time remote work aligned with US business hours.
