I’m looking for a customer support role where I can resolve queries across calls, chat, and email, keep CRM records accurate, and continuously improve service quality—preferably with recognition for performance like the Star of the Month.

I’m a Customer Support Executive with 2 years of experience at Tata Consultancy Services, focused on resolving customer queries, handling objections, and delivering support across calls, chats, and emails.
