I seek a customer-focused role in a collaborative team where I can apply chat and technical support skills, learn new tools, and grow into larger support or training responsibilities.

I am a dedicated customer service specialist with two years of experience supporting international chat processes for major clients like Walmart and EY. I consistently met service-level targets, handled multiple concurrent chats, and supported new joiners as a mentor.
