What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer support or public-service role where I can resolve customer issues, use digital service tools, and improve business processes.

I'm providing customer service support at the Ministry of Law, delivering public information and services related to apostille certification, legalization, business entities, citizenship, and civil law. I coordinate with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, foreign embassies, the Ministry of Home Affairs, and the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.

I create business-process diagrams to improve General Legal Administration public services, using Lucidchart, LibreOffice Draw, and Visual Paradigm. I also use Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zendesk, Freshdesk, live-chat tools, and AI applications to support efficient communication and service delivery.
