I am looking for a role that allows me to leverage my customer service skills in a supportive environment, with opportunities for growth and development.

I am a highly organized and client-focused Law graduate with over 3 years of experience as a Notary Office Staff. My expertise lies in handling legal documentation, managing administrative tasks, and effectively communicating with clients both in person and through digital platforms. I pride myself on being detail-oriented and patient, always maintaining a strong customer-service mindset.

In my previous role at a Notary Office, I assisted clients professionally, drafted and organized legal documents, and coordinated with external institutions for processing. Currently, as a Customer Service Representative, I handle over 50 customer inquiries daily, resolving complaints and managing service tickets. I am eager to transition into online customer service to provide excellent support and problem-solving skills.
