Most recently, as Branch and Sales Manager at TuffScaff Scaffolding, I was headhunted to establish and grow the Cape Town branch. Previously, I progressed from Personal Assistant and Operations Administrator to Branch Manager at Prolab Business Group, overseeing two scaffolding companies (Arran Access and Vertex Scaffolding) and becoming a 10% shareholder in each. I also founded Silent Rights after experiencing Domestic Abuse, using my voice to help women across South Africa protect themselves and enforce their human rights. As a Motivational Speaker and founder of an award-winning organization, I created awareness for women and child abuse, gender-based violence, and human rights.
