I am a result-driven Application/Production Support Engineer with over 3 years of experience delivering end-to-end support for Java-based enterprise applications. I specialize in incident and problem management, root cause analysis, and performance tuning to ensure high system availability.

I have hands-on experience supporting microservices, monitoring logs with CloudWatch and ELK, managing batch operations, and performing database checks and tuning across MySQL and Oracle. I collaborate with development, QA, and infra teams to resolve incidents via ServiceNow and JIRA.
