I'm seeking remote part-time or full-time opportunities where I can use attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving, clear documentation, and strong communication to deliver accurate, reliable outcomes.

At Startek, I supported Optimum customers in a troubleshooting call-center environment, resolving issues, documenting call details accurately, scheduling technician appointments, and escalating tickets when needed.

I also worked as Head Barista at Boker Café & Bistro, where I prepared coffee, created seasonal drink recipes, operated professional espresso equipment, trained staff, and served customers across the café and dining area.

My work included payment processing, inventory management, cash reconciliation, customer engagement, conflict resolution, and social-media content creation for promotions.

I'm pursuing a Computer Science degree through distance learning and bring fluent English, native Spanish, analytical thinking, clear writing, and attention to detail to remote opportunities.
