I’m looking for an environment where I can own implementation and onboarding outcomes, lead and coach teams, and improve operational workflows—while partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver reliable POS project execution.

I’m a results-driven Implementation Supervisor with 10+ years delivering software/hardware projects, leading customer onboarding, and coordinating cross-functional teams. I specialize in translating complex technical requirements into seamless client experiences, including large-scale POS deployments and data migrations.

In my current role, I supervise a team of 10 with coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations while owning Team Lead responsibilities and expanded supervisory duties. Previously, I delivered 800+ POS projects, managed an average of 90 active projects at once, optimized internal workflows, managed escalations for complex client situations, and handled customer-facing onboarding artifacts using Clarizen project templates and forms.
