I am a mission-driven executive with over a decade of leadership across nonprofit and logistics sectors, combining operational expertise, strategic vision, and people-first leadership to deliver measurable results. I have led teams, managed multi-million dollar budgets, and improved operational efficiency while prioritizing equity and community impact.

As CEO/Owner of HaulHER Heavy Haul Consulting, I promoted women’s leadership in logistics, delivered consulting and speaking engagements, and launched a digital magazine to share industry insights. In executive roles I drove cost reductions, secured significant multi-year funding, and organized major donor events that generated substantial revenue for mission-based organizations.
