I've led strategy, revenue, operations, and team development for mission-driven organizations including St. Baldrick's Foundation, the Muscular Dystrophy Association, and the American Cancer Society.

At St. Baldrick's Foundation, I served in a Chief of Staff-like role supporting a $36MM grant-making organization through programmatic revenue growth, operations management, capacity building, and C-suite special projects. At the Muscular Dystrophy Association, I led cross-functional fundraising, mission, program, and operations teams to 116% of goal while increasing client and family referrals by 43% through stronger regional health-system relationships.

At the American Cancer Society, I led a 30-person staff unit raising more than $9.5 million annually and delivered an $800,000 net increase during my tenure, including growing one program from $1 million to $2 million annually.

I'm also an elementary teacher, creating data-driven, inclusive instruction and improving math and writing state test scores. As Student Council Activities Director, I grew participation from 6 to 32 students.
