What I'm looking for

I am looking to work in a friendly but competitive environment. I am searching for 5 star values instilled into a company. I am also searching for freedom and stability. Being able to work from home will allow me to build on myself and maintain balance with work and life.

My name is Carlos Peña. Grew up in Queens, NY & currently reside in Lake Worth Florida. I am 29 years of age looking to work from home for a company who is worth the time investing. I have worked in the most busiest section of Manhattan with the most high profile celebrities that only take 5 star service. I've done hospitality in California as well since my daughter lives out there. I want to be able to have the freedom to work wherever life takes me. I am also an audio/vocal engineer and love to record music on my spare time. I am very dedicated to finding the right company that will value the way I speak with clients. I am a people person so It's very easy to make folks feel comfortable over the phone.

I pride myself in giving customers/guest the best hospitality service they've ever received. I strive to help people with their reservations and making their stay feel nothing short of perfect. I'm very vocal and love to communicate and make someone's day while executing tasks.
