I am a detail-oriented and service-driven professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Administration and Tourism, graduated with honors, and minors in Accounting and Marketing. I bring a strong combination of administrative, customer service, and leadership experience, along with a genuine passion for helping people and keeping operations running smoothly.
Throughout my experience in the hospitality industry, I have developed strong skills in customer support, team coordination, and problem-solving in fast-paced environments. At Hard Rock Cafe Ponce, I worked in training and leadership roles where I supported daily operations, assisted with onboarding new team members, and ensured a high standard of service and customer satisfaction. I also served as Student President and worked as an International Trainer, which strengthened my communication, organization, and ability to manage responsibilities effectively.
