I’m looking to embed as a research and strategy partner—translating user insights into product roadmaps, operational decisions, and measurable outcomes. I thrive with cross-functional teams, rigorous ResearchOps, and freedom to apply AI and mixed-methods.

I’ve spent 15 years turning user behavior into business and operational decisions across fintech, banking, and government in Latin America—then applying the same rigor to e-commerce, crypto, edtech, and healthtech. I work at the intersection of UX Research, Consumer Insights, and CX Strategy, translating findings into product, design, process, and strategy decisions that create real impact.

In my most recent role, I’ve been an embedded research and strategy partner for Itaú Uruguay and multiple product squads, defining methodologies, quality standards, and research roadmaps aligned with business OKRs. I lead end-to-end generative and evaluative research—concept testing, usability testing, and surveys—and turn insights into roadmap and product prioritization decisions for product, design, and executive stakeholders.

I also focus on ResearchOps and operational leverage. I implemented AI-assisted research workflows (LLM-based interview synthesis, insight clustering, automated screeners), reducing analysis time by 40% and improving consistency across teams. I build reusable frameworks (journey mapping, JTBD) and infrastructure like participant panels and tooling stacks to keep research fast, repeatable, and dependable.

Across my career, I’ve repeatedly delivered measurable optimization outcomes—like redesigning a credit simulation flow from three steps to one, driving a lift in conversion. I’ve also built decision support directly in the business (Power BI dashboards integrating behavioral and operational data) and collaborated across sectors as an independent consultant and founder, always prioritizing actionable insight, cross-functional alignment, and continuous process improvement.
