I’m looking for a team where I can run impactful UX research end-to-end, connect insights to product decisions, and collaborate closely with design and engineering. I value evidence-driven work, clear stakeholder reporting, and AI-assisted workflows with human validation.

I’m a Product Insights & UX Researcher with 3+ years of experience turning user behavior into actionable product decisions across gaming, fintech, and digital products. I blend qualitative research with product thinking and creative problem-solving to uncover friction, prioritize opportunities, and improve digital experiences.

In my current role as a UX Researcher at Antidote.gg, I lead player research studies across multiple game titles—combining usability testing, surveys, gameplay feedback, and behavioral data. I translate qualitative and quantitative insights into clear recommendations for game designers, developers, and stakeholders, using AI-assisted workflows to speed up synthesis, pattern detection, and insight organization while keeping human validation at the center.

I also support end-to-end research initiatives for betting and fintech digital products as an Assistant UX Researcher, running usability tests, interviews, and diary studies to understand user behavior, trust barriers, and decision-making patterns. Earlier, as a Player Support Supervisor at TransPerfect Gaming, I supervised English and Spanish support operations and identified recurring user issues, communicating patterns through reports and stakeholder updates.
