At DataArt, I led end-to-end research into low adoption of a Latam Airlines passenger self-service tool, combining interviews, airport observation, and usability testing. I partnered with a Data Scientist to connect findings with adoption, NPS, and CSAT metrics; recommendations contributed to adoption rising from 35% to 57% network wide.
My work spans mixed-methods research for travel, healthcare, banking, and marketplace products. I use qualitative and quantitative evidence to understand what’s desirable for users, viable for the business, and feasible to build, and I’ve also taught design research methodology at FADU UBA.
