Architects, configures, and troubleshoots UKG Ready modules (TLM, Accruals, Payroll, HR, ATS, Expense Tracking, Performance Management) to deliver functional system solutions based on client needs. Leads training, manages client implementations for module add-ons, and serves as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders.

Provides technical support for UKG Ready modules including TLM, Payroll, HR, Advanced Scheduler, and Accruals 2.0 via inbound phone calls and Salesforce. Maintains and evolves prebuilt client databases in a cloud environment and prioritizes cases based on impact to client payroll and timekeeping operations.

Coordinates with escrow officers and investors to prepare accurate closing disclosures and settlement statements. Verifies fees per TRID, audits loans for accuracy, clears investor conditions, and maintains a reconciled document and loan pipeline.

Directs an after-school program by creating weekly summer and after-school curriculum and managing scheduling, production teams, and live performances. Manages tuition intake and payments in an internal system, maintains a parent portal, and assists with stage management and technical cues.

Requests funded loans for shipment to investors and runs status reports when loans are cleared of conditions for funding. Works with custodians and investors to ensure accuracy in shipment data under high-volume, time-sensitive requirements.

Leads store operations by providing customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and managing opening and closing procedures. Handles POS and bank deposit transactions, oversees daily restocking and up to 5 employees, and processes shipping and receiving in the company database.

Pursuing a Master of Science in IT Project Management at Western Governors University, expected to complete in June 2027.

Enrolled in a Bachelor of Arts in History at Southern New Hampshire University beginning September 2024.
