At ADP, I lead Workforce Now HCM implementations and optimizations for complex National Accounts clients, improving system transitions, data integrity, benefits administration, payroll configuration, and user adoption. I also partner with Product & Development to turn client feedback into HRIS improvements and automation initiatives.
I've managed a $4.3M portfolio of 17 clients, led migrations for nine high-value clients, and guided organizations through Open Enrollment, ACA compliance, acquisitions, and escalations.
