What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead HRIS and payroll implementations, integrate systems via APIs, ensure payroll compliance, and train clients—partnering with teams to streamline workflows and improve outcomes.

I’m an HCM Specialist and Payroll Consultant focused on end-to-end payroll/HRIS implementation, client onboarding, and payroll compliance. I bridge technical and business teams to turn system capabilities into real, reliable workflows.

In my current role, I lead client onboarding and payroll/HRIS implementation by configuring systems, migrating data, and integrating APIs. I train clients on payroll, tax, and HRIS functionality, then deliver ongoing support to maximize adoption.

Previously, I processed payroll for 700+ employees across multiple clients and led client data migrations and payroll system onboarding. I also provided on-site training and served as an SME for compliance and reporting.

Earlier experience includes managing payroll/benefits in a co-employment model with an emphasis on compliance and risk mitigation, plus benefits troubleshooting and customer relationship support.
