I’m looking to own end-to-end HRIS and fintech client onboarding—configuring systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver reliable go-lives with strong training and SLA-driven support.

I’m an Implementation Specialist and HRIS Coordinator with 7+ years delivering end-to-end system deployments in fintech, banking, and HCM environments. I focus on translating complex technical requirements into smooth client experiences that improve adoption and long-term retention.

My work centers on HRIS and payroll-adjacent implementations—managing onboarding, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and compliant go-lives across platforms supporting time & attendance, expense management, and payroll. I’ve led requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and Tier 1 support while ensuring data integrity and audit readiness.
