I’m a Technical Account Manager and presales leader who bridges enterprise technology with commercial outcomes across Southeast Asia. I’ve led technical account management for Samsung across 8 markets, scaling device and Knox solution revenue from USD 5M to USD 100M+ per year.

Now, I’m focused on Generative AI product leadership—from vision and roadmap through launch and continuous model evaluation. I own use-case discovery, partner enablement, and delivery with cross-functional engineering, data science, and UX teams.

I also bring deep presales and solution architecture experience, winning enterprise deals through proposals and proof-of-concepts across banking, telco, retail, and government.
