What I'm looking for

I want to lead technical product strategy for digital marketplaces—owning roadmaps, Agile delivery, and full-cycle SDLC—while partnering with engineering and stakeholders to improve user growth, operational efficiency, and security compliance.

I’m a Technical Product Manager with over 12 years of experience leading the development and scaling of digital marketplaces in the automotive and electronics sectors. My focus is on aligning technical roadmaps with business objectives through Agile/Scrum, while owning full-cycle SDLC delivery and operational outcomes.

At PT MobilKu DotCom Sejahtera (DIPO Group), I led end-to-end development of web and mobile applications for an automotive marketplace—securing project budgets and technical resources from stakeholders. I also standardized marketplace operations for ISO 27001 certification, managing technical audit reporting and data security protocols.

I drive growth by executing product promotions across Search Engines (SEO/SEM), social media, and third-party platforms to enhance user acquisition. Internally, I authored departmental SOPs and KPIs and served as a technical hiring advisor to ensure new hires aligned with engineering team needs.

Before that, I implemented Agile transformations and streamlined web development sprints at PT MyACICO Global Indonesia, and managed vendor collaborations for API and feature integration into the marketplace platform. Earlier in my career, I managed procurement workflows with JIRA and SAP Business One, led Salesforce CRM data migration projects, and delivered performance reporting—giving me a strong commercial and technical foundation for product leadership.
