I’ve worked primarily in sales and as a contractor on telecommunications projects, and I’m known for being enthusiastic, quick to learn, and adaptable to different types of work. Currently, I’m improving my English skills and also learning several computer programming languages to expand how I can support teams and clients.

In my current role as an Account Manager, I build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. I define project goals, strategies, and budgets with clients, negotiate contracts, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling—while staying the main point of contact for queries, requests, and issue resolution.

I also prepare regular reports on account performance and forecasting, analyzing market opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs. Earlier, as a Sales Engineer, I supported consultative engagement around customers’ technical and business challenges, delivered presentations and proposals, and helped drive product range development and sales targets through prospecting and solution selling.
