I’m looking for a role where I can lead customer adoption and partner-led growth across cloud/SaaS—building strong onboarding and success programs, aligning ecosystems, and turning customer feedback into roadmap impact.

I’m a Channel & Alliance-focused technology professional with 20+ years across the Oracle ecosystem, cloud platforms, enterprise analytics, and SaaS solutions. I’ve built a career on bridging vendors, partners, and customers to create joint value—supported by deep experience as a former Oracle Product Solution Manager.

In presales and solution roles, I deliver architecture, technical presentations, proof-of-concepts, and RFP responses for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Database—then translate complex requirements into scalable, secure, high-availability designs. I’ve led Oracle Analytics, Big Data, Spatial & Graph, and Advanced Analytics engagements across Indonesia and ASEAN, working closely with partners and system integrators to strengthen cloud adoption in multi-vendor enterprise environments.

Today, as a Customer Success Manager for an omnichannel SaaS provider, I established and structured the Customer Success function from the ground up—defining onboarding, engagement models, and success metrics. I partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and ecosystem stakeholders to drive adoption and long-term growth, including end-to-end omnichannel architecture, business reviews for expansion, and feedback loops into product roadmaps.
