I’m looking for a role where I can own full-cycle talent acquisition for high-impact positions, partner closely with leaders, and build sustainable pipelines using data-driven sourcing and ATS workflows—while contributing measurable revenue and hiring success.

I’m an executive recruiter and talent acquisition specialist known for identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier executive talent. I bring a strong understanding of multiple industries and markets, translating hiring needs into targeted sourcing and confident decision-making.

In my most recent role as a Divisional Recruiter, I led full-cycle recruiting for five senior living communities, supporting needs from entry-level caregivers through executive leadership. I partnered with Executive Directors and hiring managers to build workforce plans, maintain qualification pipelines, and adjust recruiting execution based on real hiring requirements. I used digital sourcing platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed, and managed the recruiting lifecycle through Workable ATS, while clearly communicating compensation, benefits, schedules, and work environment.

Previously at Crawford Thomas Recruiting, I managed end-to-end hiring for a wide range of industries—including Finance, Healthcare, Legal Services, Engineering, Sales/Business Development, Construction, Technology, Transportation, and Human Resources. I sourced, screened, interviewed, performed reference checks, and drove salary and contract negotiations, successfully placing high-level roles such as company Presidents, CFOs, CEOs, and Chief of Staff. I also delivered detailed insights and salary recommendations to hiring managers to support strong, timely decisions.

Earlier HR and recruiting roles strengthened my operational foundation: I handled HRIS maintenance, orientation and onboarding, HR policy support, performance management, and benefit-related work as an HR Generalist. I also supported clinical and national recruitment efforts, screening candidates for nursing contracts and therapy roles, calculating margins and pay packages using Excel, and maintaining referral networks for ongoing pipeline health. I’m consistently results-driven—president club qualifying, increasing revenue year over year, including over $200k in Q4 in 2024.
