I’m looking for a role where I can drive revenue through distributor and customer account growth, elevate customer experience, and use CRM and performance reporting to improve retention, while partnering with marketing and sales stakeholders to deliver measurable results.

I’m a results-driven sales and customer experience professional with 10+ years managing customer relationships, expanding distributor accounts, and driving revenue growth through consistent customer engagement. I’m known for turning day-to-day interactions into long-term business value by staying close to customer needs and commercial opportunities.

As Sales / Marketing Lead at SABI, I lead wholesale and retail sales initiatives while strengthening customer retention through feedback coordination and service recovery. I also support marketing activities by using performance data and reporting to guide decisions and improve outcomes across customer engagement and revenue expansion.
