I’m a Customer Service and Client Relations professional with over 10 years of experience delivering exceptional customer experiences across telecommunications, real estate, technology, retail, and digital services. In my current role as Head of Sales & Operations at Seso Global, I lead customer service operations across multiple touchpoints while managing customer onboarding and maintaining long-term relationships with both corporate and individual clients. I resolve concerns in partnership with internal teams, protect CRM database integrity for accurate customer records, and implement customer-focused operational processes that improve service delivery and response times. I also monitor service KPIs and coach cross-functional teams to strengthen service excellence.
Earlier, as Business Development & Digital Marketing Manager, I served as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings, managing accounts and coordinating timely issue resolution while partnering with operations and technical teams. Before that, I led customer-focused community engagement as a Brand Manager (including stakeholder coordination with international organizations such as UNICEF), and I supported customer satisfaction in digital and retail roles by handling enquiries, improving online feedback workflows, and maintaining strong customer records.
