I’m looking for a role where I can support customers day-to-day while owning accurate invoicing and organized administrative processes. I want a team that values clear communication, reliability, and continuous improvement.

I’m a detail-oriented customer service professional with extensive experience in customer service, invoicing, and administrative support. I’m at my best when I can combine clear communication with organized documentation to keep operations running smoothly.

In my recent roles, I assisted customers with order placement and tracking, answered inquiries with accurate product and service information, and educated customers on features and benefits. I also performed data entry into accounting software systems for invoicing purposes and managed accounts receivable and payable processes, including invoicing, collections, payments, and reconciliations.

I’ve additionally delivered administrative support like scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and filing paperwork while maintaining strong client relationships. From point of sale (POS) and cash handling to using Excel, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation, I bring reliable follow-through and a client-first mindset.
